We are in a soothing environment, and begin each class with guided relaxation, becoming aware of how your body and whole being are feeling in the moment. Receive relaxing and healthy support for your pregnancy as well as preparing for the delivery. The prenatal massage releases tight areas including shoulders, neck, back, hips, and feet. It also facilitates good health for your uterus and circulation, and hormonal, nerve, and lymph systems.
